Terms & Conditions

1.Membership Validity

Membership is valid only for the duration mentioned on the card (5 Year /10 Years /15 Years.

2.Non-Transferable

The membership card is strictly non-transferable and can be used only by the registered member.

3.Access & Timings

Members must follow the official operating hours of the Wellness Center. Management reserves the right to modify timings without prior notice.

4.Booking Policy

Prior appointment is mandatory for all therapies, consultations, and special services. Walkins are subject to availability.

5..Health Declaration

Members must disclose any medical conditions before availing treatments. The center is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed health issues.

6.Guest Policy

Guests are allowed only with prior approval and applicable guest charges.

7.Fees & Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

8.Damage Liability

Any damage to property caused by the member will be chargeable.

9.Card Loss Policy

Lost membership cards must be reported immediately. Duplicate card charges may apply.

10..Suspension / Termination

Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership for violation of rules without refund.

11.Amendments

The Wellness Center reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time.
